1. Structure- A throe visual inspection from outside to inside of the homes structure from basement/crawlspace to the attic. 2. Roof- Condition,type,style,installation, layers and more. A visual inspection of the exterior roof down to the gutters and in the attic areas. 3. Heating/Cooling- Age,type of heater,condition and the safety of each one. faulty burners or exhaust can cause carbon monoxide. | 4. Ventilation and Insulation- Condensation and moisture are an attic enemy. In proper vents and insulation can be the cause of wood rot to structure. 5. Electrical- There are lots of safety hazardous that can cause damage or worse fires. Contractors may short cut electrical work, which leads to those safety hazardous. 6. Plumbing- A inspection of any tip of water heats,pipes,water flow and any hath hazardous. |   |
